Shipping Policy

To guarantee the accurate and timely delivery of your package, we kindly request that you verify the completeness and correctness of your shipping address. This includes the use of accurate abbreviations, street numbers, apartment or building numbers, and route information (if applicable). Regrettably, we cannot assume responsibility for lost, misrouted, or improperly delivered packages resulting from incorrect or erroneously entered address details during the purchase.

For international shipments, the consignee/buyer assumes the responsibility for importing the goods and authorizes us to act on their behalf for this purpose. Alternatively, the consignee may designate a subcontractor, such as a customs broker, to handle the importation of the goods. The consignee is also responsible for paying any taxes and duties associated with the purchase of the goods, in addition to the purchase price.

Any credit issued will be reduced by the total amount of these charges.

Instead, we collaborate with partners globally to create items as they're ordered, and this approach also helps reduce costs for our customers.
