Return/Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within a 30-day window from your original payment date. In both cases, it's essential that the product(s) are returned to us in their original, brand new condition.

Initiating Return/Exchange

To initiate a return/exchange, please reach out to us at support@1tree1life.com. Once your return/exchange request is approved, we'll promptly send you an email containing the return shipping address. Please ensure you ship the item(s) back to our warehouse using this address, as we cannot accept items returned without prior authorization.

Once we receive your returned product(s), our dedicated team will carefully inspect them. Upon approval, you will receive a refund credited back to your original payment method. If you're requesting an exchange, as soon as we receive your product(s), we'll promptly dispatch a brand new item to the address provided in your original purchase.

Damages and Issues

We kindly request that you thoroughly inspect your order upon receipt. In the rare event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We're committed to resolving the issue promptly and making it right. Please note that any damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Order Cancellation

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may necessitate order cancellations. However, once an order has been placed, our dedicated team strives to ensure swift processing and shipping. Consequently, canceling orders after placement is not possible.

Restock and Return Shipping Costs

For returns, a 15% restocking fee will be applied, which will be deducted from your original payment. Additionally, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) to our warehouse. Please be aware that we do not currently offer pre-paid return labels. Kindly note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
